DOVER, Fla. - The 2015 season had an interesting beginning for the Embry-Riddle women's cross country team on Friday evening. The UT Early Bird Classic, hosted by the University of Tampa, was slated to be a 3.22 mile race, but lightning concerns shortened the race to just 1.82 total miles with the Blue and Gold finishing fourth out of nine teams.
