The Ave Maria men's and women's cross country teams traveled to Hardeeville, S.C. on Saturday for the Sand Shark Invitational hosted by the University of South Carolina Beauford. USCB welcomed 19 women's teams and 37 men's teams. The meet was comprised of teams from Division II as well as the NAIA. The Sun Conference had several teams competing including; SCAD-Savannah, Embry-Riddle, Southeastern, Webber, Warner, USCB and Johnson & Wales.
